- Haversack Packing. Learn to pack like a Texian soldier, discovering what would and would not be brought along to war.
- Capture the Cannon. Join Col. Sydney Sherman’s cavalry skirmish via a friendly game of capture the flag.
- Tortilla Making. Discover how Tejano and Mexican women prepared meals for their soldiers and soldados.
