Blake Pfeffer is a Texas native with deep roots in the state’s history. Since 1990, he has built a successful career in the mortgage industry while also managing his family’s farm in Waller County alongside his brother, Kirk. Portions of the family land trace back to Jared Groce’s “Old Three Hundred” grant, one of the earliest colonial land grants in Texas.
Blake’s ancestry includes Noah Smithwick, a participant in the Texas Revolution and later a Texas Ranger. He earned his degree from the University of Texas, where he studied Finance and Engineering Route to Business. Blake and his wife, Jeanne, have been married for thirty-four years and have raised four adult children. His life reflects a strong commitment to heritage, stewardship, and community.
