Description
Belt from military uniform. Olive green ribbed fabric with leather trim. Rectangular brass buckle with U. S. Eagle and shield. Brass tab at other end with slot to receive hook on back of buckle. Both brass pieces stamped "276".

Belonged to Col. Thomas H. Monsterry, U. S.-Mexican War veteran.
