DEADRICK, DAVID -- A member of Captain Peyton R. Splane's Company but fought in Captain Robert J. Calder's Company at San Jacinto. His heirs were issued Bounty Certificate No. 236 for 320 acres of land, March 17, 1847 for his services in the army from November 1, 1835 to February 1, 1836. On the same date they were issued Bounty Certificate No. 235 for 960 acres due Mr. Deadrick for having served in the army from March 6 to December 6, 1836. They did not apply for donation or Headright Certificates.
