McFADIN, N. W. - Listed on page 42 of the army rolls in the General Land Office as one of the men of Captain Gibson Kuykendall’s Company who was detailed to guard the baggage at the camp opposite Harrisburg, April 21, 1836. N. A. McFadden was issued Bounty Certificate No. 4323 for 320 acres of land September 20, 1838 for having served in the army from March 17 to June 18, 1836.

N. A. McFadin received one league of land in colony, situated in the present county of Burleson.
