WILBURN, RANSOM - Was issued Donation Certificate No. 700, May 28, 1855 for 640 acres of land for having been detailed to guard the baggage. The land was surveyed in Polk County. He was issued Bounty Certificate No. 3524 for 320 acres of land May 23, 1838 for having served in the Army from March 6 to June 6, 1836. He was a member of Captain William M. Logan’s Company.
