SPLANE, THOMAS M. - Listed on Page 42 of the army rolls in the General Land Office as one of the men of Captain Joseph B. Chance’s Washington Company who was detailed to guard the baggage at the camp opposite Harrisburg, April 21, 1836.

Mr. Splane received title to one league of land in Colony situated in what is now Brazos County.
