MCFALL, SAMUEL - Was issued Donation Certificate No. 840 for 640 acres of land March 29, 1838 for having been detailed to guard the baggage at the camp opposite Harrisburg April 21, 1836. He was living in McLennan County December 16, 1853 when he sold the certificate to William Oldham for $25.

Mr. McFall was issued Bounty Certificate No. 9737 for 320 acres of land January 14, 1841 for having served in the army from March 1 to May 30, 1836.
