Description

Mexican military insignia. Heavy brass design of Mexican eagle atop cactus plant. Streamer beneath talons reads: "LIBERTAD MEXICANA". Hole for attachment through eagle's beack. Smaller hole on bottom. Reverse side has two welding marks.
