Description

Pair of wool leggings. Blue field over red field with diagonal boundary. Blue and green silk border with white beadwork. White foliate beadwork design down side and on ties. Stripes of red, yellow, and white across top.

Made for Sam Houston by the Cherokee. From the collection of his grandson Franklin Weston Williams, father of the donor.
