San Jacinto Ceremony 

Commemorating the 186th Anniversary of the Battle of San Jacinto

April 21, 2022, 11:00 a.m.

The official San Jacinto Day Ceremony will take place at the San Jacinto Monument on April 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m.  James L. Haley will be the principal speaker, and Pil Archer will return as Master of Ceremonies.  The Battle Report will be given by Nancy Burch, the great-great-granddaughter of General Houston.

The Texas Army will fire a volley.  Rolling Thunder will be present to fire its cannon.  A Memorial Wreath dedicated by the San Jacinto Descendants will be laid at the door of the Monument by the Presidents General of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, the Sons of the Republic of Texas, and the San Jacinto Descendants. Also participating will be the Deer Park High School Orchestra, and Pasadena High School JROTC Color Guard.
