Description

Clear pressed glass lamp (a) and chimney (b). Lamp (a) has drum shaped reservoir with running flower design, hollow hexagonal pedestal, brass burner, and wick. Chimney (b) appears to be modern.


Provenance

Belonged to Sam and Margaret Lea Houston. Apparently passed down to his grand-daughter Mrs. John of La Porte. She gave the lamp to Mrs. Edna Purifoy, her neighbor.
