Description

Bridle reins. Black leather strip broken off at each end. Consists of two strips stitched together end to end with approximately two inches of overlap.


Provenance

Was in Santa Anna's equipment when he was captured at San Jacinto. Acquired by Sidney Sherman after the battle.
