Description

Walking stick. Made of cane. Painted dark brown. Metal tip. Small spherical knob at top. Top 5 1/2" covered with woven heavy linen thread.


Provenance

Belonged to Henry Hoyt Russell, Civil War veteran, grandfather of the donors, and son of Robert B. Russell. Born in St. Augustine, Texas May 24, 1845. Died in Orange, Texas May 3, 1912.
