BLAYLOCK, JAMES B. - Shown on page 42 of the Army rolls in the General Land Offices as one of the members of Company E, commanded by Captain Gibson Kuykendall, who was detailed to guard the baggage at the camp opposite Harrisburg, April 21, 1836. He is shown on an army roll as a member of Captain H. N. Cleaveland’s Company of Mill Creek Volunteers, July 1, 1836.
