Reproduction Fees

1. Reproduction Fees include one-time use, one publication, one edition, and one language.

Black and White (print)	$25	plus cost of 8”x10” glossy print
Color (print)	$40	plus cost of 8”x10” glossy print
Color Transparency	$85
Digital Image	$50

All originals remain the property of the San Jacinto Museum of History.  If a transparency is not returned by the due date, which may be extended upon request, a rental fee is assessed at the rate of $35 per month (or any part thereof) following the due date.

Replacement costs for lost or damaged transparencies will be assessed in accordance with actual charges by a commercial photographer, plus a $25 handling fee.

2. Reproductions not for publication are at the actual cost to the museum, plus handling and postage fee of $5.

3. Photocopies:

$1 per page for the first three pages

$.25 per page thereafter

4. All photographs are processed by a commercial photography studio. Prices quoted are based upon actual costs incurred by the museum, including handling and postage.

5. If an object requires original photography, studio time will be assessed in accordance with standard commercial rates.

6. Reproduction fees may be waived on request for non-profit organizations or for non-commercial use.
